Founded in 2004, James P Spencer Limited was set up to provide High Quality Turnkey Building Services.

Our company mission statement is:

Based in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham we are a family-owned company offering building services to residential and commercial customers throughout the surrounding villages and into the Vale of Belvoir.

Past projects range from a whole house rebuild and extensions right down to construction of a boundary wall.

We have been members of the Federation of Master Builders for many years and are Trustmark approved, Trading Standards approved, Registered Waste Carriers and are registered for CIS (Construction Industry Scheme).

Through our own supply chain solutions, we are also able to offer the services of Part P registered Electrical Contractors and Gas Safety Scheme registered Plumbing and Heating Engineers
